Until the signing of the definitive sales contract, the condominium fees are the responsibility of the seller.
After the signing, the seller will still be responsible for extraordinary expenses approved by the condominium before the notarial deed.
However, regarding the ordinary expenses for the previous year and the current year, the new owner may be jointly liable with the seller for payment.
The contract is considered concluded at the moment the proposer becomes aware of the acceptance, so it can be revoked until that moment.
If the acceptance has already been made, the proposer can still withdraw; however, the seller will be entitled to retain the deposit.
