Unfair dismissal can be contested within 60 days of receipt by registered mail or PEC (certified email). The deadline to file a lawsuit in court and seek reinstatement or compensation for damages is 180 days from the submission of the dispute or the employer's refusal to conciliate.
It refers to aggressive and persecutory behaviours aimed at marginalising the worker. These behaviours differ from isolated acts of harassment, which are considered harmful. In both cases, it is possible to seek compensation for damages suffered as a result of such actions.
